I am from Croatia and I am pretty sure that I am much, much more frustrated with our stupid, lazy, greedy, corrupt and arrogant bureaucracy than you are. They should all be fired.

Unfortunately this is the same experience for many fellow Albanians and it seems to me that we are still kind of black marked simply for the fact that we may never come back, yes I am referring to a popular word Imigration.

It is very strange but I have recently applied for a Schengen visa to Germany from the United Kingdom and i must say within a week (applying through the post) I was granted a 6 month visa.

It just goes to show that there is no such trust if you made the same application in Albania and your chances of being granted a Visa are rather slim.

I find it sad that the bureaucracy of some countries still continue and they do not accept the fact tha perhaps Albanians are genuinely applying for the intended purpose and perhaps they deserve a chance to prove themseves that they are a worthy part of the EU and its neighbouring countries.
