		<description>True, I wouldn&#039;t regard Rogner as my first choice if I wanted to take time to study instead of just browse, however, if you are visiting the country or just want to change the scenery then Rogner or even Sheraton could be two such options (but I&#039;m not sure if internet is free at Sheraton).</description>

		<description>The connection at the Rogner is very good, you can sit both inside and on the shaded garden terrace and they have the latest international newspapers to read - but the price of the drinks matches the status of the hotel and won&#039;t be affordable for local students. I&#039;m not sure if guests of the bar can make use of the pool - but that would be a good reason to go surfing there.
There&#039;s also supposedly wifi at the Mojo cafe but the connection never worked for me.</description>
