I went and checked it out myself. The news was true. The website for the Albanian Council of Ministers had another copy on the internet. The main difference was the domain name ending: from .al to .org
The original website: www.keshilliministrave.al and the supposed copy at: www.keshilliministrave.org

In a recent Poll the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera asked a poll question about the recent declaration of independence by the newly formed Republic of Kosova.

This is a world map showing all the Countries that will recognize Kosovo after it declares its Independence on 17 February 2008. According to the website currently there are 44 out of 192 U.N. member nations that are ready to recognize the new Republic of Kosova.
