In my understanding the major issues that that company faces, is not its service, but rather its policies and management of Human Resources. Basically they treat their staff badly, pay them late, have very few incentives, thus they have a high turn-over of employees as well. Une isha (nuk jam me) klient i Abissnet per me shume se dy vjet, vetem per faktin se ishin e vetmja ISP qe mbulonin zonen e vilave ne Selite. eksperienca ime me abissnet u be e pasuportueshme nga shtatori 2009 derisa abonimi skadoi ne fillim te janarit .(u tregova aq naiv saqe bera pagesen per nje vit!!! -- faji komplet imi). Nga shtatori kam perjetuar per sa me poshte: 1. vonesa torturuese, premtime boshe dhe morespektim i vazhdueshem nga ana e Abissnet Tech Support i afateve madje dhe maksimale te paraqitjes se inxhiniereve kur kishte defekt. 2. kerkese indirekte, insinuata nga "inxhinieret" / tekniket e rrjetit per dhenie kafeje -- perkthyer ne shqip, leke ne dore, meqe banokemi neper vila :-) 3. shpejtesi skandaloze, me keq se dial-up-i i viteve 90 perkundrejt pageses 39 EUR ne muaj. 4. turpi shkoi deri aty kur papritur abissnet nderroi policy dhe filloi qe rreth tetorit 2009 te zbuloje numrat e telefonit te inxhiniereve te vet te support-it qe ne si kliente t'i merrnim ne tel (gje qe ishte e pamendueshme muaj me pare. Nga nje teknik rrjeti qe po mendonte te largohej m'u konfirmua se abissnet e ka bere kete gje me qellim 9urdher i brendshem) qe te kursejne leke me telefonatat qe behem ne nr celulare. 5. qendrim arrogant dhe joprofesionali shefes apo ish-shefes (flas deri ne dhjetor 2009) te "support-it' dhe refuzim kategorik nga ana e saj per rimbursim te gjithe diteve qe nuk kisha web access. sinqerisht e mendova me teper se nje here te ndermerrja veprim ligjor ndaj Abissnet por, fatkeqesisht, situata ne Shqiperi (te jemi realiste) nuk ma lejon dot kete luks. thjesht nderrova kontraten me TRING te cilet direkt me ofruan instalim falas dhe rikonfigurim falas te router-it te blere me cmim te kripur nga Abissnet. 6. Sot, 23 shkurt 2010 me mori ne telefon nje operator i Abissnet i cili me merr ne cilesine e nje ish-klienti qe nuk e ka rinovuar kontraten me ta per aresyet se pse, dhe une ia permenda per sa me lart 1-5). Me siguroi qe jane bere shume nderrime/ndryshime ne staf, por pa me konfirmuar se kush eshte in charge ne Tech. Support. Shpresoj qe te kene "zene mend" por u keshilloj miqve te mi te mos abonohen me Abissnet pa u bindur qe gjerat vertet kane ndryshuar dhe nqs kane opsionin me kompanite e tjera. Sinqerisht, juli Elvis, te pershendes ty dhe komentuesit e tjere,

Aber sowas occurs almost everywhere. Ylli Pango I see as a real politician who has done some important things, after 8 years of land mafia and criminals in the ministry. The car never gets as good as new, so you have to live with that idea, but at least you do not have to pay for it.
